Problem: As polarization occurs in the U.S. job market, this will affect other social institutions such as education, politics, and family. (For example, if midlevel education won't lead to employment, we could see polarization in educational levels as well.) How effectively do you think that the U.S. work force is presently being prepared (and of course considering the economic changes from advanced industrial era to present time) to work in the evolving post-industrial economy? What social institutions may be impacted, and how?
