An AAC user's peers have a key role in teaching and supporting communication skills! How can we optimize their effectiveness?
One way is to think about that "how." For this assignment, develop a class presentation/lesson that focuses on creating understanding and skills for supporting the communication efforts of augmentative communication users.

Understanding:
Select and include a specific age group. State your objective.
Be sure to include information/questions that focus on why it's important to support their AAC-using friend/classmate.
Be sure the language is age-appropriate for the communication partners in the class.
