Without diversity, an organization woud fail. However, there are some large profitable businesses in the U.S who don't practice diversity in the primary part of their organization that is they simply secure the most competent person they can acquire without any regard to race, gender, nationality ect. If the resulting organization is diverse, firne but if not, so be it.
