The breakdown or destruction of this vital infrastructure would have debilitating effects on national security, national economic security, and national public health safety. With new technological platforms, increased risks and threats are becoming the norm. Society is faced with a succession of new security concerns, such as security protocols, domestic and global reliance, and collaborative privacy protection. Cybersecurity cannot be ignored.
