Fruits and veggies
For most of us, it is recommended that we get at least 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables per day. Most of us are NOT meeting those guidelines. Are you getting the recommended amount of each? If so, how are you meeting the recommendations? If not, how can you add servings of fruit and/or vegetables into your daily diet?
