• What is the difference between a positive reinforcement and a negative reinforcement? What are social and automatic positive and negative reinforcements? Provide an example of what one of these situations may look like in the classroom and how the teacher can handle it.
• Often when a teacher tries to redirect a student's behavior, it can contribute to negative reinforcement of the behavior. How can a teacher intervene when misbehavior or disruptive behavior occurs without providing negative reinforcement?
