Leaders can learn and comprehend fallacies because it will help them become more effective in anticipating and resolving any situation. Studying fallacies allows leaders to recognize deceptive or illogical arguments and be better equipped to properly respond. This can result in more honest and clear communication which is vital in order to maintain a successful and productive organization.
