Problem:
California is a big state in many ways; its geographical size, population (over 39 million), economy, and even its politics.....California has 54 electoral votes (52 House of Representatives and two U.S. Senators).
With California's robustness come many challenges, complexities, and issues. There are many. What are some of these challenges, complexities, and issues facing the State of California now and in the future? What are some solutions and alternatives? What are the "greatest" and most "significant" challenges facing state government in California; and, subsequently, local government and the public? Who in government is responsible for resolving some of the challenges and issues?
