Question: In my professional experiences in alignment with Porter-O'Grady (2014), it is important to understand budgets in that each part of the system is a microcosm of the complete system. As a result, one part of the system will inevitably affect others, each department plays an important role toward the whole organization and the budget. How does this microcosm system and budget impact the ultimate quality of care and outcomes?
