Problem 1: You will be using a "multiple hurdle process". Based on the applicant flow stages (Human resource professionals analyze applicant flows , how many and what type of applicants come from each recruiting source, and selection ratios, of the applicants coming from each recruiting source, what proportion of them are hired, to understand the effectiveness of the recruiting sources being used to fill a position. Problems are not likely to be identified or corrected without this information), devise a series of assessment methods (interviews, assessment centers, work samples, integrity tests, etc.) that you will use to select the best candidates at each stage. (A chart/figure would be helpful). Explain your choices (discuss validity, quality, candidate response, cost, impact on HR, etc.)
Problem 2: Assume that you will be doing structured interviews as one of your methods. Develop a list of questions that will help you determine if this person will fit the job and the organization. Include at least one situational question and one behavioral question.
Problem 3: Identify how your assessment plan will enable the company to be compliant with EEO laws and other legal requirements.
