And people judge a brand by the way it keeps - or breaks - its promises." Google, when interviewing candidates, emphasizes that they need to "deliver on what they promise." And this is a major theme in our course reading, Mycoskie's Start Something That Matters.

How are we talking about "ethos" here and why is it important for a professional person to establish her or his ethos?
