Imagine that you are the Director of Product Management for your organization. You must present a brief but comprehensive PowerPoint slide show to new employees that demonstrates how and why product management is done in your organization. Please draw on your course readings and other materials to develop your presentation. Using whatever texts, journals, and external sources you wish, explain what product management is, why it is important to your company, and how you do it successfully. Without going into too much detail, show that product management is critical to the continual new-product development that propels the company forward. Most important, spell out what differences there are in your company's product management methods compared to traditional "waterfall" product management processes.
