Problem
Using practical activities to observe and measure how physical activity (and inactivity) influence body systems, conduct a practical investigation and create a scientific report detailing how varying physical activities influence body system responses.
1) In your practical investigation, determine the impact of at least 3 different physical activities on the body systems.
2) Include a control variable, where the resting rate responses are taken.
3) Ensure the report addresses the following.
a) How and why do the results for the different activities differ?
b) Are results for different physical activities similar? Why?
Your report should be written in an appropriate style (a guide is attached).
