1. At what levels does American Red Cross use nonprofit e-commerce? What technologies and platforms are utilized and what recommendations would you give to enhance on both technology/platform itself and the use of it in your NPO?
2. Also Social Media/Networking sites like YouTube, Flicker, Tumbler, Facebook and Twitter (just to name a few) have become increasingly popular in nonprofit field- has one been actively utilized by American Red Cross? If so, to what degree?
