Assignment task:
American Education raises lots of different issues, and I imagine that some of them are more interesting to you than others. The author expresses his point of view too, and I imagine that you might agree with some of his ideas and question others. There are some other issues discussed in the module that you might have some views about too,
What would you like to discuss? Choose two issues or questions raised by the text that were significant to you and post a separate comment about each of them or respond to a classmate who may have raised the issue already. Include a citation to a page or chapter and identify the issue in your subject line i.e. "Teachers Unions", "Parents Rights to Decide what their Children Learn and Read" or " Inadequate School Funding" Feel free to express your opinion and agree or disagree with Joel Spring's positions, especially if you can support it with facts and logic.
