Problem:
How can i reply to this? In the U.S. Constitution, none of the amendments outline verbatim that "we have a right to privacy." Privacy is a subjective word and would be open for interpretation by the person. With this, the first amendment outlines our freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition. As the amendments outlines, it's important to recognize that when these freedoms are exercised in public, the privacy is no longer available and your privacies are foregone. The fourth amendment provides the right of the people to be secure in their person, home, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search and seizure. With this freedom, one must understand that if you commit crimes or disobey laws, you are opening yourself to no longer be secure, especially if probable cause exists. The ninth amendment interpreted indicates that just the right to privacy is not spelled out, it does not mean privacy is not provided. For me, I understand this to mean, that both the amendments provides freedoms, however we do not have free reign to do as we the people feel is right.
