Question: A 72-year-old male presented at the hospital complaining of worsening dyspnea on minimal exertion and a productive cough of thick, frothy, white speutum. Client was diagnosed with Emphysema 15 years ago and systolic right sided heart failure five years ago. The client continues to smoke 5 cigarettes per day. The client states he has two to three beers per week. He lives at home with his wife. His previous employment was as landscaper and states he did work with a variety of herbicides as part of his job duties. His nutrition is normally a "meat and potatoes" and "I don't like fancy foods."
