Homeland Security Leadership Project
The report will be a paper of from 8 to 12 pages (not including the cover or reference page, and attachments), presented in APA (6th edition) format. It should “focus on developing a leadership plan for addressing the issue identified in the case study”. Information sources must be either peer-reviewed articles, government reports, or other sources approved by your instructor. The research paper should apply the knowledge and skills gained from the required courses of the major and your application of the leadership concepts presented in this course.
When developing a leadership plan for addressing the issue, ensure the plan covers how the chain of command, leadership style, and or the process is executed. Please don’t make the plan all about the special gadget, or policy that was utilized. Explain how the plan was managed and or controlled because of the leadership of the agency or department involved.
Do not take-up most of the paper’s 8-12 pages describing the issue already identified in the previous case study. A majority of the paper should be about the leadership process.
