Some points to note:

- Ensure your report is presented in a professional format including headings, table of contents, page numbers and a front cover.
- You must submit your individual parts in the same document as your group report.
The structure should be:

- Critical Evaluation
o Part A Student 2: Name and ID
- Selected Incident
- Analysis
- Critical Evaluation
o Etc.
o Part B - Group Report
- 1) Executive Summary
- 2) A section for each group member containing their individual contribution with their name and student number, clearly identified next to the work they have written.
- 3) A section clearly identified as the group element
- 3.1) Introduction
- 3.2) Theory 1
- 3.3) Theory 2
- 3.4) Organisation example
- 3.5) Summary
- 4) Reference list
The marking breakdown will be as follows:
- Content
- Presentation, including spelling. grammar, headings, table of contents, page numbers and a front cover
- Referencing and research (correct Harvard style and a minimum of 8 academic references in the reference list and with in-text citations
