Hawking temperature:
The temperature of a black hole caused through the emission of Hawking radiation. For a black hole along with mass m, it is following
T = (hbar c3)/(8 pi G k m).
As blackbody power emission is proportional to the area of the hole & the fourth power of its thermodynamic temperature, the emitted power scales like m-2 i.e. as the inverse square of the mass.
