You are considering the extent to which there is convergence of the two fundamental freedoms, free movement of goods and persons by examining (using a socio-legal approach) a selection of CJEU case law. give examples of cases that you are going to consider. contextualise your work within the wider theoretical debates of European integration (see the first few pages of Craig and De Burca on this) or the role of the CJEU in constructing the European economic constitution.
