Question: With the growing momentum for all RNs to get their BSNs within a certain number of years, many nurses are feeling like they are being 'forced' to get their BSN. Does anyone have any thoughts on how this might affect their learning/class environment/work attitude? I honestly don't know if there are studies on RN to BSN nurses and their feelings - but there's been a lot of anecdotal comments about this
