Dear XYZ:
I purchased a DGB-550BK Cuisinart Grind & Brew Coffeemaker at Cuisinart Warehouse, in North Carolina, on February 12, 2014.
Unfortunately, this coffeemaker is not heating any longer, and I believe the defective coffeemaker should be replaced under the guidelines of the warranty.
To resolve this problem acceptably, I would appreciate the exchange of this product for a working one, a repair, or a full refund for purchase price of $85.00. Enclosed is a copy of my receipt, and the name of the customer service manager, I have been corresponding with at your Raleigh, North Carolina warehouse.
I look forward to receiving your satisfactory resolution to this problem, within fifteen days of the date of this letter.
