Discussion:
The mindset of society needs to shift to incorporate the Three Rs (reduce, reuse, and recycle) into every decision that is made and every product that is purchased. Describe at least two policies that the government could enact that would increase the reduction, reuse, and recycling of products. When discussing these programs, consider the environmental, social, and economic factors associated with them.
