Abstract
Globalisation has taken an important place in our lives especially the deregulation of financial markets. My research paper tries to establish the link between globalisation and the deregulation and the influence on holland. My research is composed of 4 parts. The first part of this research will tackle the issue of globalisation. The second part will look for answers about the deregulation process. The third part deals with the case of Holland in terms of deregulation and globalisation. I finally come to the conclusion that the deregulation of financial markets because of globalisation has had a positive influence on holland"GENDER AWARENESS OF WOMEN"
