Continuing with our discussion on the numerous lists and groupings of characteristics researchers ascribe to global leaders, consider the following perspective from Black, Morrison & Gregersen (1999):
Global Leaders: perspective, traits, savvy and inquisitiveness
Create a forum post and discuss one of the characteristics in terms of how you believe the characteristic is important and should be applied by global leaders. In your discussion with fellow students, try to include examples of actual leaders that embody or lack the characteristic and discuss the impact to their effectiveness.
The characteristics I pick is inquisitiveness.
