Give session to educate the students about customer service


Problem: Prepare two scenarios that apply more to interactions students may have with clubs and organizations of a good customer service and bad customer service for a class activity. Please focus on areas of struggles: Budget Hearing Denials, Fin points, shark hub training, event request denied, etc. Please make it as detail and interesting as possible. So that students can give their feedback on the situation that is being presented. P.S. These students that would be used in the scenarios are students that work for Inter Organization Council on campus which is an organization that provide funding for clubs  and also help students in starting a new club or reactivating a club etc...

Also, this activity is like an interactive session to educate the students about customer service. However, formatting it, with "Setting" and "Roles" (who are the characters).
