Future use of Commercial and Military Drones in the U.S. While pilotless aerospace vehicles first came about in war situations, many other uses of these adaptable aircraft have been found. Large and small companies are finding many different tasks that these pilotless aircraft can perform. Some of the task, these drones perform, keep people out of harm's way, while others aid in finding people who have been subjected to harm. Diverse as drones are these days, in the U.S., sales of these multi-role vehicles are on the rise. Keeping with the current trend, America will soon see a variety of new roles these drones will play, not only in our military, but in large and small businesses as well. Currently unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAV's, which are aircraft without a cockpit and pilot, carry out many different roles for either the military or commercial sector.
