Problem: Not enough funding for schools in predominantly black and Latinx communities, causing students to not have adequate education and no after school activities to keep the youth off the street.
Solution: Allocate some of the funds to after school programs that is both skillful and educational.
Opposing Viewpoint/Risk: There may be some retaliation from families who need their kids to be home to help with house chores or help with the little ones.
Effects of Problem: This then leaves the poorer neighborhoods with less fundings to divide. There's a difference in the quality of education per student.
