1. FULLY explain the way that a Libertarian might use the fact that we punish a person for doing the wrong thing as justification for the claim that some of our actions are free.
2. Fully explain what you take to be the one strongest objection that might be raised against the argument that punishment entails free will.
NOTE: be sure that you are not merely explaining Determinism in the objection be sure to examine the argument and show how one might maintain that the argument doesn't work to drive that we have free will
3. Fully discuss whether or not the objection to the libertarian argument is successful. if the objection is successful explain why no response is possible. if the objection is not successful explain how the libertarian would respond to it .
