How would you describe the leader's style (using any of the leadership/management concepts from chapter 2; be specific)? Why do you think so?
b) What organization development values held by OD consultants about people and organizations are evident in your answer to (a)? In other words, what would OD's values mean for how you would approach the Northern County situation?
