A 150 block is to be pulled up a plane of length 100m, inclined at 30, there is no friction between the block and the plane.

A) Suppose a force of 800N making an angle of 37 above the plane is applied to the block. with what speed does it reach the top (Point B)?

B) Upon reaching the top (Point B) the 800N force is removed, and the block continues to move along a horizontal surface whose coefficient of friction is 0.6 until the point C 10 m away where it encounter a spring whose spring constant k=50000 N/m.

How much does the spring compresses as a result of being struck by the block?
