Fraudulent practice in business


Fraud is the intentional misrepresentation of facts, made for the purpose of persuading the other party to act in a way which causes injury or damage to that party. In our readings and discussions we have seen some illustrations of fraud in business. By using that experience (a) give an illustration of a common fraudulent practice in business with a clarification of how the practice works and (b) name and explain each of the elements of the Fraud Triangle.
