Evans et al (2010) noted that the foundational student development theories have continued to shift over the time. In spite of such paradigmatic shifts, student affairs principles have remained grounded in common tenets for more than 70 years. The tenet is a belief or supposition which maintains relevance over time. Represent a personal student affairs philosophy statement which is justified by the readings and addresses these four tenets:
- Effective Performance
- Collaboration
- Diversity
- Inclusion Identity
