Problem: The objective of this assignment is to help you formulate diagnoses and psychopharmacological treatment plans based on the integration of data collected through observation, documentation review, and the assessment process. As a new prescriber you must also be able to demonstrate knowledge of medical and laboratory data in order to develop psychopharmacologic treatment planning.
