A medium sized logistics company operating in the Northwest of England, is thinking of expanding its business globally. As their Logistics consultant, you are required to provide the organisation with a report addressing the following, before the board of directors make the final decision on whether to go ahead with the expansion. The development and implementation of their global strategy will be dependent on your recommendations. Please remember, your answers must be critically analysed using current and relevant literature.
