Paper -
For this individual paper, you will conduct a Culture Audit of a real organization. The audit will be guided by Tables 5.1 and 5.2 on pages 202-203 in the Trevino and Nelson (2017) text. Select an organization where you have access to the answers for the questions in both tables. Ideally, you also have personal experience working in the organization. Both information from the organization (documents, interviews, etc.) combined with your own experiences will provide a more complete perspective for the audit. Support your discussions, analysis, and recommendations with solid management and research literature. Develop a paper 7-8 pages excluding title page, abstract, and references that includes the following five sections.
Introduction and Overview
Part 1 - The Formal System
Part 2 - The Informal System
Part 3 - Analysis and Recommendations
Summary and Conclusion
