Question: The discussion this week is two parts.
1. For the first part, you will compare and discuss the kcalories, fat, and saturated fat of a food that can be baked/roasted, broiled, and/or steamed and compare it to the fried version. [You may use potatoes, meats, chicken, fish, etc., but use equivalent portion sizes.]
