Find three different examples of descriptive - not presriptive - ungrammaticality meeting the following criteria: " one must be written English from popular media such as magazines, newspapers, online blogs (e.g., Tumblr). You will need to attach a copy of the text from the original source, e.g., a photocopy, scan, screenshot ... Include full details about the source and date of publication.
"a second must be written English from a personal communication either written to you or written by you. I don't need to see a hard copy, but I do want details about the source and the context in which the ungrammaticality occurred, e.g., time, place, subject of discourse.
"a third must be spoken English. Maybe from an overheard conversation, maybe from something said to you or even by you. Again, please provide details about the source and the context, e.g., time, place, subject of discourse.
• For each sample, make clear WHAT is ungrammatical, WHY it is so, and HOW it should be $xed. Be explicit and use terminology that you've learned in LING 200.
• If the ungrammaticality seems to be beyond the level that we're at in LING 200, then dig in and $nd out more for yourself.
