Find the surface temperature of the cold section

50 degree C water is flowing in a 10mm diameter smooth tube. The mass flow rate of the water is 0.08 kg/s. The water will be cooled to 20 degrees C by passing it through a cold section of the tube where the surface of the tube is being maintained at a constant temperature. The cold section of the tube is 4m long. Find the surface temperature of the cold section that is needed.
