Belarus has the highest divorce rate (68%) while Sri Lanka has the lowest (0.15%). Many factors contribute to divorce, for example, religion, occupation, and expectations. In a recent survey, American adults were asked to name the most important issue to discuss before marriage. The proportion of adults who indicated each issue is given in the following table.
