A variable specific-heat air cycle in a closed system is composed of the following four processes:
Process 1-2: Isentropic compression from 1p =110KPa, 1T = 310K to 2p = 320KPa.
Process 2-3: Constant pressure heating to 3T = 1060K.
Process 3-4: Constant volume cooling to 4p =110KPa.
Process 4-1: Constant pressure back to state 1. Draw the P-V and T-S diagrams of the cycle and determine (a) p, T and v of the four state points, (b) heat and work quantities for each of the four processes, and (c) the cycle thermal efficiency.
(if diagrams are too hard to post, its fine)
