Problem: Find an example of a balanced scorecard or relevant performance dashboard. Show the dashboard display. Be sure that it is used for quality assurance (and not, for example, for providing information on how to operate the process). A critique will be required, including its ability to promote a process-oriented quality system. For example, can the metrics be misinterpreted, does it account for random variation, or does the dashboard promote gaming. Use the concepts covered in Lectures.
