Stage one instruction (approx. 1000 words)
Find a policy related to labor economics that was proposed in North America within the last year (an example of a past policy proposal is Elizabeth Warren's universal childcare plan).
In stage 1 of your paper, I want you to discuss the details of the policy proposal. I.e., tell me what is being proposed, who is proposing it, what country it is being proposed in, who is being targeted, why is the policy being proposed, etc.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
