Begin the paper by identifying the program you have chosen.. Explain the goals, benefits, eligibility, finance and level of administration of the program or policy you have selected. (This section should be no longer than 2 pages and utilize at least 2 different sources). The next part of the paper is an analysis of the impact and effectiveness of the policy/program. Did the policy/program have the indented effects? Are there any unintended effects? What, if any, changes are suggested to make the policy/program more effective? Include in this section your analysis of the policy/program’s adherence to the mission of the social work profession. Is it consistent with social work values and ethics? If so, how? If not, why? (This section should be at least 2 pages in length and include at least one current journal article reference as a source).
