Over the past forty years we have made major changes in how we relate to persons of the opposite gender. As a junior leader in the Army in 1968 I had very little to do with female soldiers. Todays Army leaders will have both male and female soldiers in their units.Are there difference between males and females in how we listen to each other and if so how do we insure that we take these in consideration when dealing with a person of the opposite gender?
