Assignment:
Athletes tend to focus or at least inform me they focus on carbohydrate intake (making sure it's not too much) and protein (making sure they need to consume enough and it turns out it tends to be too much). However, fats are not brought up that much, why do you think it is? And do you personally believe athletes consume the correct amount of total fats?
