-Physical Disability Discrimination in the Workplace
-Mental Disability Discrimination in the Workplace
2) Choose a case pertaining to your chosen topic. You may choose a case from the text. if you choose a case outside the text, you must have the case approved by the professor.
3) Organize the paper in a modified IRAC method, as follows, being mindful of the performance standards listed below.

Issue- State, the Issue of the ease
Ruling - State the Court's ruling of the case
Facts - describe the pertinent facts of the case
