Detailed Question: We had two practicals in which we had to to extract polyphenol oxidase from mushroom and to to examine the effect of substrate concentration on the rate of the browning reaction.

I have to write a report and include sections such as introduction (talk about enzymatic browning, controls of it, effects of pH etc.), results section (including results table tutor sent us, 2 graphs which i already done and attached), discussion and conclusion.

I have already done introduction section by myself which is gonna be about 1000 words. Already done 2 graphs using the results table tutor sent us. All i need you to do Is just find Vmax and Km for both graphs and write a discussion/conclusion which don't have to be long.
