Three monts ago mr thomtons was admitted to a unit for semi- independent service users, having been assessed as suitable for this level of care, however, mr thomptons care team notice his dependency levels are increasing despite mr thomptons insistence that he is independent. He is now refusing care and his family are concerned and complaining about the care team which is causing communication breakdown and stress to all those involved
